Topic 2 "Fast and slow" — your read (28 September 2026, night)
Nine lessons in the order you set, written to your rulings, reviewed by a non-author (18 findings applied) and blind-read twice (137 of 137 keys each time); a third cold read of the changed items is running. New tonight — the typed hard end
1. Do these typed hard types work for you? You ruled tonight that a PP100's hard items are text entry, or numeric entry when the question is a number, and that MCQs stay the easy bulk. So the old hard type (pick the reason for a fixed verdict, an MCQ) is gone, and two typed hard types take its place; everything else on the sheet is unchanged. That makes nine types, one more than the eight you read this morning — strike either and the sheet is back to eight with one typed type left.
- Type 8, numeric entry — a drawn table: Four puppies each ran the same 10 m. How many seconds did the fastest puppy take? Type the number of seconds. (Biscuit 6 s, Coco 12 s, Scout 4 s, Waffles 9 s.) Accepts
4,4 s,4 sec,4 seconds. Hard because there is nothing to recognise: hold "less time means faster" against the biggest number, find the row, type it. - Type 9, text entry — How far something goes in each second is called its ___. Type the word. Accepts

2. Do the seven MCQ and reorder types stand? One line each, one exemplar in full. Type 5 (the calculation) is gone as you asked; type 6 (fastest to slowest) is a put-in-order item; the reason-item form is no longer the hard end (question 1) — say if you want it back as a medium MCQ type.
