Topic 11 "Energy: what has it, how it travels" — your read (28 September 2026, night)

Six lessons, one per atom. Two words coined, both the atoms' own: energy and mechanical energy (TEKS names it). Light, sound and electricity carry energy — never "a form of energy". Read by the author as you, then a non-author review (28 findings, all applied or ruled) and one cold read of every changed item (29 of 29 keys agreed; three items tightened on its flags). Reply by number.

The one that unblocks the bank

1. Do these typed hard types work for you? Your 28 Sep night ruling is applied without asking: the bank's hard items are text entry, not MCQs; easy and medium stay four-option MCQs and are the bulk. Three typed forms, each one term, the stem never printing it:

• A washing machine is plugged in, and its drum turns round. What travels along the cord and carries energy to the washing machine? Type the word. — accepts electricity (and "the electricity").
• Two matching hoops roll across the playground, one fast and one slow. Both are moving. What kind of energy do both hoops have? Type its name. — accepts mechanical energy / mechanical.
• A pizza warms up in an oven, a yo-yo goes up and down, and a guitar plays. Something makes all three happen. What is it called? Type the word. — accepts energy.

Recommendation: approve the first two without reservation. The third (the word "energy") is the cheapest typed form and the cold reader's one worry: the word sits in almost every other stem, so a student who can scroll back copies it — keep it if the bank shows one item at a time, strike it otherwise and let types 9 and 10 carry the typed share.
